As you continue to build a list of ideas, finding them can become a challenge. Using the Ideas details added by the team, Program Management makes finding, reviewing, and organizing the view of ideas using corresponding filters, plus the ability to group ideas by:

  • Idea Status
  • Stage
  • Sites & Apps
  • Touchpoints
  • Tags
  • Score
  • Owner
  • Assignee
  • When created
  • Is testing scheduled?

Besides filters, you can also manage how ideas are listed in the app. Order ideas by Idea Name, Score or Idea Stage, plus you can Group ideas by Sites & Touchpoints, Owner, Stage or no grouping. As more ideas are added to your dashboard, filtering, grouping and ordering your ideas gives you the flexibility you need to build and maintain your roadmap.

Use Filters to Focus View

In the below example, we show filtering the list of ideas to focus on the Backlog of ideas for a particular Touchpoint to facilitate review, scoring and ultimately build a testing roadmap.
