Practice: Analyze a Page
Now that we’ve discussed some common pages for experimentation, it’s time to examine your own pages and find candidates. Write down the pages you think would be the best options for your own site or app. Consider which ones seemed to need attention based on your analytics. Also, remember to consider higher traffic pages as primary candidates--you can follow the entire conversion funnel as a secondary metric if you want to experiment with something based on your conversions, so go ahead and note if there are secondary metrics you want to follow as well.
Once you've identified your pages, head to your own site or app and look at the pages you selected. What distractors do you see? What elements could be confusing? Make note of them and, if you’d like, consider how you’d propose fixing them for an experiment.
