Best Practices of Building an Experimentation Team

New York City | January 23rd

Why are some organizations able to innovate more quickly to deliver those experiences that will unlock business value? What sets them apart from the rest of the field isn’t some kind of magic formula; instead, they have invested in making experimentation a core practice across their business.

With the right combination of people, processes, and technology, you can build an experimentation program and bring these best practices to your organization as well.

Join us to network with industry leaders in experimentation and learn how to:

  • Generate great, data-driven hypotheses
  • Build an experimentation roadmap
  • Evangelize experimentation and share learnings
  • Set program goals and measure your progress
  • Share the ROI of your program and impact of experimentation
