The release roadmap is dead. Long live the release roadmap!

See how ‘test and learn’ revitalises an agile roadmap at this evening event on 7 August 2019

As consumers become more demanding and fussy, adhering to an internally generated release roadmap for your apps is no longer good enough.

Consumers want their desired features now but how do you know the ones really in demand by the majority versus those pushed by the most vocal few?

Are user feedback groups, voting systems and focus groups enough to deliver timely improvements to fickle consumers?

Join us at this test and learn event at Slack headquarters in Melbourne where James Slatyer, Senior Product Manager - Apps and Personalisation at REA will be joined by Optimizely developer evangelist, Asa Schachar, to outline the massive advantages of a data-led, agile-ready approach to new feature releases.

They will discuss their experiences and recommended steps to embrace a test and learn approach to app development and a roadmap that creates happier users and better revenues.

This insight session will be followed by light refreshments and networking.
