Our world-class support team is also reaching international status with team members in Amsterdam to keep response times fast for our growing European customer base. More than 40% of our customers today are located outside the United States and about half of them prefer a language other than English. And these numbers are growing rapidly!
With Optimizely now a multilingual AB testing tool, global companies – like Zara in Spain – are running quick, powerful experiments, tracking results in real-time, and realizing exponential growth in revenue and engagement. We’re excited to expand our platform and support worldwide to empower even more companies to make data-driven decisions. By adding nine additional languages, covering over 35 countries, we look forward to better serving customers in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Germany is currently our fastest growing market, followed by the United Kingdom and Spain. This is just the beginning of Optimizely’s global efforts – stay tuned!
