Opticon Stockholm is an in-person event. General sessions and select breakouts will be made available on-demand after the event.
There is not an event mobile app for Opticon Stockholm.
Registration and breakfast begin at 8 am with the conference beginning promptly at 9 am.
Breakouts and theatre sessions will be published in July to assist you in building your perfect agenda.
A select number of sessions will be made available on-demand after the conference which you will be able to access via the Attendee Hub until December 31, 2023 after which content will be available onoptimizely.com.
Customers and potential customers of Optimizely receive complimentary admission.
Partners who wish to attend and are not sponsoring, may do so for a nominal fee of 1,200 kr (inc VAT).
After completing registration, an email confirmation will be sent to the address associated with your registration. This email contains your unique confirmation number, which you will need to make any changes to your registration. We try to avoid, but occasionally these emails may land in spam/junk, so ensure to check these folders.
Registration for Opticon includes access to attend all business presentations, expo experiences, product demonstrations, networking opportunities and food and beverage provided within the agenda.
We accept payment by credit card only. Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. We are unable to make any exceptions. If you have questions concerning this information, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We understand plans change. Optimizely will be happy to transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization. There is no deadline for substitutions within your organization. Attendee substitution requests from outside of the original attendee’s company will not be granted.
To initiate a substitution, re-access your registration using the Modify Registration function in your confirmation email and click on the “Transfer Registration” link at the bottom of the page.
To cancel an existing registration, please refer to your confirmation email.
Refund requests submitted after September 29, 2023 are subject to the discretion of Optimizely and are not guaranteed. No-shows are non-refundable. After September 29, 2023 cancellation requests should be emailed to email@example.com for consideration.
On-site attendance is voluntary; Optimizely does not assume any responsibility with respect to COVID-19 or any other health status.
During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions. Please note that Optimizely will do everything in its power to accommodate restrictions and allergies.

The congress centre is located in the heart of the city between Central Station and the City Hall, a 4 minute walk from the Arlanda Express platform.
Limited onsite parking is available. Further details including nearby car parks are listed on the Waterfront website.
There are two airports serving Stockholm, Arlanda (ARN) and Bromma Stockholm (BMA). Travel to the city from Arlanda is recommended via the Arlanda Express train.
From Arlanda Airport – take the Arlanda Express (20 minute journey) from the airport terminal to Central Station, which provides direct access to the congress centre. Taxi’s are also available.
From Bromma Airport – the airport bus to Cityterminalen takes 20 minutes and arrives next to the congress centre. Taxis can also be taken from the airport terminal.
Temperatures in November typically range from 0-7C so coats and layers are recommended.
We recommend business casual attire for the conference. Lounge suits, jeans, dresses, blouses, and jackets (tie or no tie – up to you!) are welcome.
