She has nearly 15 years of experience in digital marketing and media, having previously worked for companies like Conde Nast and Billboard/The Hollywood Reporter. She lives with her husband and two children on Long Island.
Matt Lincoln is currently the Senior Manager of Optimization, User Research, and Product at United Airlines. In this role, Matt helps the organization be customer-obsessed through developing a culture that is focused on finding and solving our customer's problems and learning through experimentation. Matt currently leads the digital user research and experimentation teams. He also helps lead the United.com website product. Through this role, he helps support his organization's mission of putting the customer in the heart of their strategic planning. His team is also responsible for supporting and delivering product experiences that leverage the full potential of lean user research, analytics, innovation, and experimentation. In the past 6 months, he’s helped teams better understand United Airlines' new normal through launching and learning from 250+ experiments.
Steve Loud is the Global Director of Digital Commerce at D’Addario, the world’s leading producer of musical instrument accessories. He leads growth strategies across retailer customer channels, marketplaces, and D’Addario’s own B2B Ecommerce and D2C properties. Steve has also been an Optimizely/Episerver platform user for 4 years. In his free time, he can be found with a guitar or golf club in his hands or hiking in the greater NYC area with his family.
Elizabeth is the Global Lead of Strategy & Value Consulting at Optimizely, where she works with companies to measure and maximize the returns of their digital programs. She has advised C-suite clients across Europe and the US on their digital growth priorities. Prior to Optimizely, Elizabeth was a Senior Consultant at Google, and she holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Rosie is a Sr. Consultant at Optimizely, providing strategic guidance to help customers scale high-performing optimization programs and maximize value drivers.
Currently the Chief Product Officer at Optimizely, Justin is responsible for product strategy, product management and technology partners. Justin has a 20+ year career with experience in sales, pre-sales and professional services and experience with mid-size ($100+M) organizations.He tends to be more business-oriented than technical and has spent a lot of time helping to determine the best go-to-market strategies based on data, past experience, and what the field is seeing.Justin joined Episerver (now Optimizely) three years ago after leading product strategy at Verint. He is known as a creative thinker who knows how to present a compelling story and provides great leadership for his team. He also co-hosts their internal variety show "Episodes".Justin lives with his wife and kids outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.

I am an advocate for women’s equality, diversity champion as a Filipino American and empowerment in the workplace. I'v been honored by many organizations including The Internationalist as a “Next 50” top marketer. I am a graduate of Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Political Science and B.A. in Music, and received my Master of Music degree from the Manhattan School of Music in classical voice and sustains a career as a critically acclaimed mezzo soprano. I work in New York City and live in New Jersey with my husband and two children.
Alex Atzberger is the CEO of Optimizely, an Episerver company. Previously, Alex served as the President of SAP Customer Experience and as President of SAP Ariba, the world’s largest, most global business network.In addition, Alex successfully led SAP’s Markets Strategy, Competitive and Market Intelligence, and Global Pricing organization to help shape SAP’s 2015 strategy. A 13-year veteran of SAP, Alex began his career at McKinsey.Over the course of his career, Alex has developed a passion for customer empathy, turning skeptics into champions for change.His international background has predestined him to be a believer in diversity and the benefits of global business. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business. In 2013, Alex was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.He lives with his wife and dogs in New York City.
Tony has excelled in his career as an experienced and proven Global Technology Executive for large scale projects and digital initiatives, Tony’s background shows an understanding of how architectural design patterns, digital service delivery , business process and digital strategy influence the ever changing Interactive Marketing and Technology landscape. He currently leads the Global Digital Marketing Center of Excellence at Avanade.
Brian Browning is a 20+ year veteran of the digital experience industry who represents a rare blend of disparate skill sets and experiences, including strategic leadership, pre-sales solutioning support, technical delivery oversight and management expertise across technical, user experience and related disciplines. Through his career, Brian has successfully built large-scale solution offerings, international delivery teams and extensive partnerships with the industry’s leading DX players. Brian has also successfully delivered projects and programs for clients including JPMorgan Chase, Walmart, Microsoft, GE, T.Rowe Price and General Dynamics. Brian is also recognized as an Episerver/Optimizely EMVP, Digital Strategy.
Paul North is the SVP of Optimizely in the Asia Pacific Region and has boundless experience in the IT industry, predominantly in the software space. His career has encompassed consulting, presales, sales and leadership at PeopleSoft, SAP and most recently AssetFuture. Paul has experience with a broad range of business software, with his favourite discipline being Customer Experience Management.
