Prior to joining Optimizely, Byron spent a decade at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he worked on two robotic missions to Mars and an X-ray telescope.

As Chief Product Officer, Krista Nordlund is responsible for the Consumer Product, SEO and UX/UI teams for RentPath's portfolio of brands. She is a data-driven, results-oriented product executive with more than 15 years of experience delivering dynamic product experiences with multiple Fortune 500 brands.

Prior to joining RentPath, Krista held various product and leadership positions within US Airways, Expedia and USA TODAY and, most recently, drove a product transformation within BookIt.com. Krista has built and led high performing product teams in both high-growth, competitive environments and through business transformations.

Krista holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Industrial Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Lauren Schuman is the Senior Director of Product Insights at Mailchimp where she leads the Product Analytics, UX Research, Growth and Experimentation teams who are responsible for generating insights that inform the company's product strategy. Lauren is a product and marketing leader with a passion for leveraging data to create best-in-class digital customer experiences. She has spent the last 14 years growing businesses of all sizes and, most recently, championed and led building growth and experimentation practices from scratch. When Lauren’s not experimenting at work, she’s experimenting in life by traveling new places, trying craft beers, and building her own app business.
