This eLearning course is for those needing to know what Optimizely provides for a customer service representative (CSR). Order and shopping care management in addition to customer relations are central to an online store. In this course you will not only review that tasks involved with being a CSR, but also:
- Identify the user interface that corresponds to your role
- See a demonstration of the CSR UT feature in Optimizely Commerce Cloud
- Explore the Commerce manager administrative website
- Be exposed to 3rd party products that a CSR can use for their job role
We recommend that you have experience with the Optimizely Content and Commerce Cloud UIs as well as knowledge of Commerce Manager and the catalog UI. After enrollment, allow up to 1 hour to complete the course but you can revisit the course materials as much as you'd like for 30 days.
