The situation around COVID-19 continues to develop and create uncertainty around the globe. During this time of uncertainty, Optimizely remains committed to maintaining our high level of service, ongoing support and guidance, and the reliability of our platform. Our customers use Optimizely’s products and services in mission-critical functions across their business, and we want to provide visibility into the measures being taken to ensure we support you at this time.

Health and Safety at Optimizely

As disclosed, the health and safety of everyone who works at and with Optimizely is our paramount concern. We have followed health, state and/or country officials’ advice and closed all of our offices around the world in mid-March. We meet daily to discuss the current situation, provide up-to-date guidance, and monitor for extended office closures to ensure our employees and customers are safe.

Business Continuity at Optimizely

Optimizely’s crisis management team meets regularly - albeit not as regularly as right now - and has had a business continuity plan (BCP) for years. This is tested and updated by various team members throughout the organization to prepare for an event, such as a cyberattack, earthquake, or pandemic. We are well equipped to deal with these events and want to ensure you that during this moment of uncertainty, you can rely on Optimizely to continue to provide you with your services.
