7:00 am EDT

Good morning

Registration’s open. Breakfast is on. Come pick up your swag and get ready to explore.

9:00 am EDT

Opening keynote

The view from the summit. Hear where we're headed, what we're building, and why it matters, straight from the people making it happen.

10:00 am EDT

Choose your adventure

Camp Opticon is built around five rooms. Like any good trail system, each one takes you somewhere different. Pick the terrain that fits where you are.

Breakouts

Trailhead

The room where people show their work. Every session is anchored in something real: a launch, a failure, a breakthrough, or a hard-earned lesson. The story matters, but so do the decisions behind it. You'll leave knowing how they got there, not just where they ended up.

Theater

Outpost

Strong opinions backed by experience, data, or both. Maybe two sides are arguing it out. Maybe one speaker is making a case the room doesn't want to hear. The goal isn't consensus. It's leaving with a sharper perspective than you came in with

Theater

Tent talks

The short format. Fast, focused sessions that get straight to the point and stay there. Every talk is built around an idea, lesson, or perspective worth your attention. You'll leave with something you'll still be thinking about after camp.

Roundtables

Bonfire

No slides. No script. One question and a room full of different answers. No one has the final answer, and that's the point. The conversation belongs to everyone in the room.

Workshop

Agent lodge

The build room. You'll create, test, and refine agents alongside others doing the same. Less watching. More making. Leave with something real, not just notes.

4:00 pm EDT

Closing keynote

We bring the day home. A final keynote from Seth Godin to land the big ideas, spark a few last thoughts, and send you off on a high.

6:30 pm EDT

After dark

The sun goes down. The bar opens. Stick around for well-earned drinks, great food, and a bit of banter over good music at our closing reception.
