Our solution is an Opal integration that empowers users to manage event data from Eventbrite, Optimizely CMS and Optimizely CMP directly through natural language chat. By connecting Opal to the Eventbrite API and Optimizely’s Content Management API and Content Management Platform API, users can ask Opal to retrieve upcoming events, create new ones, or sync events across platforms; all without leaving the chat interface.

This integration acts as a conversational bridge between platforms, reducing duplication and enabling a more fluid, AI-assisted workflow. It transforms Opal from a content-only assistant into a multi-system orchestrator, capable of publishing community-facing events, answering questions about schedules, and driving engagement through smart, connected event operations.

The tool aims to include:

• Connect securely to an organizations set up within Eventbrite.
• Support for commands like “create”, “update”, “find”, and “sync” for events.
