HubSpot Marketing Segment Sync

OVERVIEW

The HubSpot Marketing Data Sync app allows you to sync your Data Platform segments and data to HubSpot for email and workflow targeting as well as customer profile data enrichment.

CONFIGURATION

Click the Settings tab on this page and authorize your HubSpot account by:

• Clicking the Authorize button:
• Select the HubSpot account you'd like to connect and click Choose Account
• Click Allow on the Data Platform App Permission Pop-up (Please excuse the Data Platform name as we re-brand!)
• You're all done!

HOW TO USE

To sync your Data Platform segments and data to HubSpot follow these steps:

• Navigate to the CAMPAIGNS section of Data Platform via the top Navigation (If you do not see this please speak to your customer success manager)
• Click the Create New Campaign blue button in the top left of the screen.
• Select ONE-TIME if you're syncing your segment/data once or select BEHAVIORAL if your setting up an automated sync
• First, name your sync something descriptive in the top left:
• On the left side you can either select an existing segment, select an existing segment and edit or clone to make updates, or create a new segment directly in the interface. Once have you segment selected click APPLY in the middle right:
• Click TOUCHPOINTS to expand the section and click on the Touchpoint 1 rectangle -> select HUBSPOT MARKETING as your channel
• Follow the steps in the HELP dropdown at the top to configure your sync
• Once your sync is configured click SAVE in the top right
• Now click on the name you gave the sync to go back to the scheduling screen:
  
• In the middle left of the screen click Select start time and schedule and configure your sync start date/time and frequency if you are doing a behavioral sync.
• Finally click SAVE and then GO LIVE in the top right to have your initiate per your scheduling!
