Forrester Research Inc., selected and evaluated eight of the most significant providers specializing in experience optimization for this report. To assess the state of the experience optimization platforms (EOP) market and see how the vendors stack up against each other, Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of top EOP vendors. Optimizely received the maximum score of 5/5 on six criteria including execution roadmap, partner ecosystem, channel and touchpoint test execution, and channel and touchpoint targeting.

According to The Forrester Wave™: Experience Optimization Platforms, Q2 2018, “Optimizely X is built for enterprise-scale experimentation”.
