Salesforce for Campaign
Use Salesforce to add and update lead information within Optimizely Campaign.
Salesforce integration revolves around the automated reconciliation of data between Salesforce and Optimizely Campaign. While Salesforce transmits recipient and personalization data to Optimizely Campaign, the email marketing platform replies with the send status and the delivery and response data.
Integration with Optimizely (How it works):
- Add or update new Salesforce leads to an Optimizely Campaign recipient list for a campaign.
- Updated lead information from Salesforce will automatically update the recipient list in Campaign.
- When a transactional email is sent in Optimizely Campaign, an activity is automatically created in Salesforce.
