How to log into the partner portal

Go to the Partner homepage to be prompted to log in or you can go to optimizely.com and log in from any page by clicking the “Log in” button in the top right corner.

You need an Optimizely World user account that is connected to your partner organization to be able to log in. Please see the instructions below if you need to set up an account, or need to connect your existing account to your partner organization.

Create a new user account

To gain access to the Partner portal, please follow these steps:

1.  Go to world.optimizely.com
2. Click "Register" in the top right corner
3. Complete the registration process using your business email address
4. Login to Optimizely World > Click on the small circular picture in the top right > Click "settings"
5. Once you are done and are logged in to Optimizely World, click on the small circular picture in the top right and click "Settings"
6. Click on "Professional information"
7. Select your Company in the drop-down list > click "save"
8. Now you can go to www.optimizely.com > click "Login" using the same credentials used to Login to Optimizely World.
9. Click on V in top right > Select "Partner Sign in" 
10. Select Partner Portal tab

If you don’t see the name of your organization in the list, it might be that you either aren’t using the email address connected to your organization, or that the email address isn’t recognized for the organization. If that is the case, please send an email to partners@optimizely.com stating your name, the login username you use for Optimizely World, and what partner organization that you represent. Make sure that you send the email from your work email account, and please provide a phone number where we can reach you. We will assist you as soon as possible!

Connect an existing user account to a partner organization

If you already have an Optimizely World account, please follow the steps below to associate your account to your partner organization:

1. Go to world.optimizely.com
2. Click "Register" in the top right corner
3. Complete the registration process using your business email address
4. Login to Optimizely World > Click on small circular picture in top right > Click "Settings"
5. Click on "Professional information"
6. Select your Company in drop-down list > Click “Save”

Go to Optimizely World, and make sure that you are logged in. Click on the avatar in the top right corner and click “Settings”. Then click on “Professional information” and look for the company field.

To connect yourself to an organization, or change the organization, click on “Change”. Then select the desired organization and click on “Associate”. Please note that there might be more than one option.

To be able to associate yourself with an organization, you need to use the work email for that organization.
